Role Description The Real Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for overseeing property portfolios, including day-to-day property management, lease administration, and coordination with owners, tenants, and service providers. The Real Estate Manager will manage leasing activities, negotiate and renew lease agreements, monitor occupancy,



and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing commercial real estate opportunities, optimizing rental income, and preparing regular performance and financial reports. The Real Estate Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations, high-quality customer service, and successful execution of real estate strategies.
Qualifications
