Role Description As the Founding Tech Lead (Fullstack) at Remiro AI, you will own the end-to-end technical architecture and implementation of our AI-driven career platform. This is a full time,



on-site role based in Hyderabad, focused on shipping fast, robust, and scalable features across the frontend and backend. Your day-to-day work will include designing system architecture, building and maintaining APIs, integrating AI models (e.g., Gemini-based agents), and creating responsive, user-centric interfaces. You will set coding standards, lead technical decision-making, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure reliability, performance, and security across the stack. You will collaborate closely with the founders and product team, translating user feedback into product iterations, mentoring early engineers, and helping shape the technical culture.
