Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer to develop and manage 3D models, coordinate multidisciplinary design elements,



and support project execution through Building Information Modeling workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BIM software, project coordination, and digital construction processes

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
Create detailed 3D models for civil, structural, architectural, or MEP disciplines (as applicable).
Prepare and update drawings such as plans, sections, elevations, and coordination layouts.
Conduct clash detection and generate clash reports using Navisworks Manage.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants for design coordination.
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
Ensure the BIM model accuracy and update revisions as per markup/comments.
Prepare 4D/5D models (if required) for project sequencing and quantity tracking.
