? We're Hiring: AI Agentic Workflow Specialist

Are you passionate about building intelligent, autonomous systems that transform how businesses operate? We're looking for an Agentic Workflow Specialist to design and implement AI-driven automation across our marketing agency — someone who can turn manual, repetitive processes into smart, self-operating agentic workflows.
What You'll Do:

Design, build, and deploy purely agentic workflows (not just simple automations) to streamline marketing operations
Map existing agency processes (content, campaigns, reporting, client onboarding) and identify opportunities for AI agent-driven automation
Build multi-agent systems using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
Integrate AI agents with CRMs, ad platforms, analytics tools, and internal systems
Continuously test, monitor, and optimize agent performance for accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to understand workflow bottlenecks




Document workflows and train internal teams on new agentic systems

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience building agentic AI workflows (not just prompt engineering or basic chatbots)

Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, and automation/orchestration platforms

Hands-on experience with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen

Problem-solving mindset — able to convert messy manual processes into clean, autonomous systems

Experience in a marketing/digital agency environment is a strong plus

Excellent communication skills to explain technical systems to non-technical teams
