Job Summary




We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Office Leasing Consultant to manage the complete office leasing cycle from understanding a client's requirement to property shortlisting, site visits, negotiations and deal closure.
The Leasing Consultant will work with qualified requirements generated through Smartspace's marketing, BD and lead-generation channels.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation
Understand the client's office-space requirement in detail.
Recommend suitable locations and workspace formats.
Advise clients on market rents, commercial terms and available options.
Prepare and present suitable property options.
Property Search & Shortlisting
Identify suitable office spaces based on client requirements.
Coordinate with landlords, coworking operators and managed-office providers.
