We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to manage and support day-to-day Human Resources, recruitment, payroll, employee documentation, attendance, and statutory compliance activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key HR and employee-related activities, including recruitment through multiple job portals, candidate sourcing, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, monthly payroll processing, employee documentation, and statutory activities such as PF, ESIC, and Qualified Tax.

This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who has practical experience across both HR operations and payroll and can manage multiple responsibilities accurately and within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Actively use job portals and recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, and other relevant platforms for job posting,



resume searching, candidate sourcing, and application management.
Select appropriate recruitment channels based on job requirements, candidate profiles, experience levels, and hiring needs.
Maintain and manage job postings, candidate databases, applications, recruitment records, and candidate pipelines.
Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities, including collecting and verifying required employee documents.
Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other employee-related documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and employee databases.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other monthly payroll inputs.
Collect and verify payroll-related information, including attendance, leave, salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, and applicable deductions.
