We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead creative quality, think strategically, and create impactful visual communication while embracing up-to-date AI-powered design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the graphic design team.
Develop creative concepts for branding, campaigns, and digital marketing.
Translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
Maintain brand consistency across client and internal projects.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams.
Research industries, competitors, and design trends.
Integrate AI tools to enhance creative speed and quality.

What We're Looking For

3–4 years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
Strong expertise in typography, branding, composition,



and colour theory.
Ability to independently develop creative directions and present design rationale.
Experience mentoring designers is an advantage.
Curiosity for AI-assisted creative workflows without compromising design quality.

AI Tools: Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI creative tools.
