Job responsibilities

* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 (L2/L3) production support for mission-critical
applications supporting treasury, trading, risk, and reporting processes.
* Monitor application and batch health; triage failures, data breaks, and
performance degradation to meet service level agreements (SLAs).




* Lead incident management activities including severity assessment, bridge
coordination, stakeholder updates, and restoration to service.
* Troubleshoot using Linux, logs, metrics, and SQL to identify root causes and
implement workarounds.
* Support batch orchestration and scheduling, including AutoSys and Airflow
(including Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow), and validate
upstream/downstream dependencies.
* Partner with engineering teams to deliver permanent fixes; contribute to
problem management (root cause analysis, action plans, and prevention), and
execute release/change support (deployment validation, rollback readiness,
and hypercare) under change governance.
* Maintain operational excellence by supporting data pipelines and platform
services (data lake and extract/transform/load patterns, Databricks),
