About the Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Outreach & Lead Generation Associate to join our team and support our outbound campaigns.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how B2B prospecting and outreach actually works — from finding the right people to reaching out, following up, and improving messaging based on real conversations.
You’ll work closely with the team and get exposure to different aspects of lead generation, sales outreach, and business development.





What You’ll Do
Research and identify relevant prospects based on our target customer profiles
Build and maintain prospect lists
Support outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and email
Write and send personalized outreach messages
Follow up with prospects and respond to incoming conversations
Track outreach activity, responses, and lead status
Help identify what messaging and targeting approaches are working
Share ideas for improving lead generation and outreach
Participate in regular team check-ins
Support basic reporting and documentation of campaign performance
