About the Role
nWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Controller to lead financial service delivery across key U.S.-based client accounts. This role serves as a critical bridge between accounting execution and advisory-focused financial leadership, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insight-ready financial information.
nThe Controller will partner closely with clients, Venturity Controllers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality financial reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed business decision-making. Success in this role requires strong accounting expertise, client relationship management, leadership capability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
nKey Responsibilities
nClient Ownership & Strategic Delivery

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.n
- Build solid working relationships with clients, Venturity Controllers, and internal stakeholders.n
- Participate in client financial reviews and summits,



presenting results, business drivers, risks, and recommendations.n
- Support onboarding, transitions, scope expansion, and process improvement across client accounts.n

nClose Management & Financial Reporting

- Manage month-end close activities for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.n
- Review close binders, reconciliations, financial statements, and reporting packages before client submission.n
- Maintain close calendars, coordinate deliverables, and meet reporting deadlines.n
- Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and business drivers to highlight key issues and opportunities.n

nFinancial Insight & Advisory Support

- Translate accounting outputs into clear financial insights and business narratives.n
