We’re looking for a hands-on Web & Marketing Operations Specialist who can own the technical layer of a campaign funnel end-to-end.
You’ll work at the intersection of Web, CRM, Analytics, Tracking, Paid Media, and Conversion, turning approved content and creative into a functional, measurable, and conversion-ready funnel.
What You'll Own:
Build and optimise responsive campaign landing pages
Work with platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, Wix, HubSpot CMS, or similar
Integrate landing pages with HubSpot CRM, including forms, contact properties, lead-source and UTM capture
Implement and validate Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion events
Set up/audit GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Build and maintain UTM and attribution frameworks
Implement technical SEO/GEO elements including metadata, heading structure, alt text, schema and URL structure
Conduct end-to-end funnel QA across landing pages, CTAs, forms, CRM, tracking, purchases and conversions
Support campaign readiness and troubleshoot technical issues during launch




Analyse post-launch performance and identify technical friction and conversion drop-offs
What We're looking for:
3+ years of hands-on experience in web/marketing operations
Robust landing-page development experience
Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel/Events Manager
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters and attribution
CRM integration experience
Strong QA, debugging and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript
Understanding of responsive implementation, CMS/page builders and basic domain/DNS concepts
