About the Role
nÉprise is looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to run the founder's office. This isn't a traditional scheduling-and-travel EA role — you'll be the operational nerve center for the founder, owning MIS reporting, building and maintaining company dashboards, and coordinating cross-functional execution so the founder can focus on strategic priorities.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Founder's Office & Coordination

- n
- Manage the founder's calendar, priorities, and follow-ups across all functions.n
- Act as the single point of coordination between the founder and department heads (sales, ops, finance, etc.).n
- Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure across teams.n
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas, and summaries ahead of key meetings.n

n2. MIS & Reporting

- n
- Build and maintain a company-wide MIS covering sales, operations, and financial metrics.n
- Consolidate data from multiple teams/sources into clean, accurate, decision-ready reports.n




- Design daily/weekly/monthly dashboards tracking key business KPIs.n
- Flag anomalies, trends, and risks proactively to the founder.n

n3. Dashboards & Tools

- n
- Own the company dashboard end-to-end — structure, data pipelines, and visual presentation.n
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar) to automate reporting.n
- Continuously improve reporting systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.n
- Coordinate with any external tech/dev resources for dashboard or tool builds.n

n4. Business Analysis & Special Projects

- Support the founder on ad hoc analysis — market research, competitor tracking, business case prep.n
- Drive special projects assigned by the founder from planning through execution.n
- Prepare presentations and reports for investors, board members, or leadership reviews.n
