Key Responsibilities
n● Lead and manage a team, ensuring achievement of individual and group targets.
n● Drive revenue growth through patient financing/crowdfunding solutions.
n● Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare
npartners.
n● Monitor team performance, provide training, feedback, and motivation to achieve
nbusiness goals.
n● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless
ncustomer experience.
n● Identify and explore new business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
n● Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions for patients, donors, and hospital
npartners.
nKey Requirements
n● Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
n● Strong background in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or healthcare
npartnerships. ● Proven experience in team handling and achieving revenue/target-driven goals.
n● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
n● Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment.
n● Understanding of hospital ecosystem/healthcare sector is an added advantage.
