nKey Responsibilities:
n• Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based requirements
n• Review resumes and match candidates with suitable job openings
n• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
n• Coordinate with candidates, clients, and hiring teams
n• Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups
n• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
n• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
nRequirements:




n• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
n• Good English communication skills
n• Strong sourcing and candidate coordination skills
n• Good understanding of recruitment processes
n• Target-oriented and willing to learn
n• Comfortable working US night shifts
