Role: Bench Sales Executive

Experience: 1–5 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

Market IT consultants to vendors, MSPs, and clients
Handle consultant profile submissions and follow-ups
Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models
Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities
Support rate negotiations and contract closures
Maintain consultant documentation and compliance
Achieve assigned performance targets

Preferred Skills

Experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing
Understanding of US staffing processes and IT technologies
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of US work authorization categories
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and US night shifts
