Key Responsibilities:





Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, external developments, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and evolving market structures across financial services.
Develop strategic insights and recommendations that help Swift anticipate industry developments, identify growth opportunities, and assess potential risks.
Translate complex industry developments into clear implications and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders across the organization.
Lead or support strategic deep dives on key industry topics including payments, securities, trade finance, digital assets, AI, central banking, and financial market infrastructure.
Support the development of Board, ExCo, and senior leadership materials, including strategic briefings, industry outlooks, thought leadership papers, and executive presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required;
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in consulting, research, finte
