Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Yelahanka. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers in-store, understand their needs, explain product features, and guide them in selecting suitable frames and lenses. The role includes demonstrating TwoLens’ quick fulfillment process, handling queries, and providing a high-quality, personalized customer experience. The Sales Executive will manage sales transactions, maintain accurate records,



and support daily store operations such as inventory checks and visual merchandising. This position also involves meeting sales targets, following up with customers, and collaborating with the store team to drive growth and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Proven ability in retail or counter sales, customer engagement, and converting store visits into successful purchases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear explanations and active listening.
Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems, including billing, order tracking, and customer data entry.
Service-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and maintain a positive in-store experience.
Ability to work on-site in Yelahanka, including weekends or extended hours as needed, and collaborate effectively with team members.
