nKey Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.n
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks.n
- Screen, shortlist, and validate resumes as per job requirements.n
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.n
- Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.n
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.n
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring trackers.n
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality profiles.n

- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.n
