Role Description The Team Lead – Transfer Pricing is a full-time, in office role based in Preferablyin Kochi. WFH option available for other locations,



responsible for overseeing transfer pricing engagements for international and domestic clients. The role involves managing the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and compliance reports in line with applicable regulations and guidelines. The team lead will coordinate with clients to understand their business structures, provide advisory support on transfer pricing strategies, and address queries from tax authorities as needed. Daily responsibilities include supervising team members, reviewing work for accuracy and compliance, ensuring timely delivery of assignments, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of transfer pricing laws and global tax developments. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders, contributing to process improvements, and supporting training and development of the transfer pricing team.

Qualifications

4-5 years of relevant Transfer Pricing / International Tax experience.
ACCA qualified/ CA Inter
