We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial and accounting operations across multiple states in India. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, payroll coordination, expense management, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and forecasting future financial requirements.
The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with management to support strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage overall financial and accounting activities of the company across multiple locations/states in India.
Prepare and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
Track actual expenses against approved budgets and identify significant variances.
Manage and monitor payroll-related financial activities, including salary processing, statutory deductions, and payroll reconciliation.
Monitor all company operational and administrative expenses and ensure proper approvals and documentation.




Prepare regular cash-flow statements, financial reports, MIS reports, and management reports.
Forecast upcoming budgets, expenses, cash requirements, and operational costs.
Provide management with financial insights and recommendations for cost control and optimization.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, inter-company transactions, and other financial records.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, statutory authorities, and other financial stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory financial requirements.
Review financial transactions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment and supporting documentation.
Establish and maintain appropriate internal financial controls to minimize financial risks.
