Job Description
Job Purpose:
To lead and mentor a high‑performing team of software test engineers, fostering growth, inclusion, and cultural awareness.



The role ensures technical ownership across testing, automation, and project delivery, driving adherence to best practices and agile methodologies. It promotes effective onboarding, knowledge transfer, and resilience within the team while championing innovation and continuous improvement. Acting as a strategic partner, the role balances technical depth with leadership influence to deliver reliable, scalable, and high‑quality software solutions aligned with organizational goals.

As per company policy, this role requires presence in the office 4 days per week

Duties:
