? What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end production of Reels, YouTube videos, Ads, Commercials & Corporate Videos
• Create advanced Motion Graphics, Animation, VFX & Title Sequences using After Effects
• Develop 3D models, animations & product visualizations using Blender
• Design engaging social media & campaign creatives
• Collaborate with Marketing, Branding & Content teams
• Lead, mentor & manage video editors and graphic designers
• Maintain robust visual quality and brand consistency
• Manage multiple projects, timelines & creative priorities
• Explore AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies

n✅ 2+ years of creative team leadership experienc
e✅ Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & Adobe Creative Clou
d✅ Strong working knowledge of Blende
r✅ Excellent understanding of storytelling, typography, colour grading, composition & sound desig
n✅ Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads & Google Ad
