Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, recommending suitable destinations, itineraries, and packages, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements. The consultant will handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other services, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations.



Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving booking issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and offers. The role also includes working with internal teams and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and deliver a smooth travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
