Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing fiber laser, CNC plasma,



and oxy-fuel cutting machines at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing hands-on repairs to ensure machine uptime and performance. The role involves delivering technical support, documenting service activities, and training operators and maintenance teams on proper machine usage and basic troubleshooting. The Service Engineer will collaborate closely with the internal engineering and customer support teams, maintain clear communication with customers, and travel to client sites as required.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on industrial cutting equipment.
Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including in office installation, commissioning, and customer-facing support for machinery or automation systems.
