Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can translate ideas and stories into impactful visuals and videos. The role involves working closely with communication and program teams to support branding, outreach, campaigns, and events.

Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media, websites, presentations, reports, and print collaterals
Edit videos for social media, campaigns, events, documentaries, and internal communication
Create motion graphics, reels, and short-form videos as required
Maintain brand consistency across all design and video outputs
Coordinate with content, communication, and program teams to understand requirements
Support event coverage, including photography and videography, when required
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work workplace

Required Skills & Software Knowledge




Strong working knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Valuable understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
Ability to convert briefs and ideas into engaging visual content

Additional Skills (Preferred)
Experience in handling cameras (photo and video)
Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio setup
Experience in creating CSR, impact, or storytelling videos
Understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform requirements

Other Requirements
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Willingness to travel occasionally for events, shoots, or field visits
Good time management and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
