Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Kozhikode.



The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and qualified manner. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, processing orders or service requests, and following up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address customer concerns, documenting interactions, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. The representative is expected to uphold Bronet Group’s commitment to service excellence, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative work environment.
