Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and design interiors for office, administrative, plant and other company facilities.
2. Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans and interior drawings.
3. Coordinate with the Civil, Electrical, Maintenance and other project teams.
4. Develop design concepts, material specifications and BOQs.
5. Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams for execution.
6. Monitor interior work at site to ensure quality, specifications and timelines.
7. Review drawings and make modifications based on project requirements.
8. Ensure proper utilization of space, functionality and aesthetics.

Required Skills

1. Robust knowledge of AutoCAD and interior-design drafting.
2. Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit will be an advantage.
3. Good understanding of civil and interior execution.
4.



Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, false ceiling, flooring and related works.
5. Ability to read and interpret architectural/civil drawings.
6. Good coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to work at Ranpur, Gujarat.

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
