Role Description The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities and driving revenue growth for Regal Power Control’s products and solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Roorkee and involves managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Sales Manager will prepare and deliver presentations, respond to inquiries and proposals, coordinate with internal technical and operations teams,



and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting. The role includes setting sales targets, coaching and supporting sales staff, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales leadership experience in industrial, electrical, or related technical products, with the ability to manage pipelines and close deals.
Robust customer relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling capabilities.
Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and develop sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate with technical, operations, and management teams.
