Role Overview
SRM Technologies’ Corporate Marketing & Brand Communications team is looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to own and drive organic and paid digital growth initiatives across our global markets.

You will be responsible for strengthening the discoverability of SRM Tech’s services and solutions, growing qualified traffic and inbound interest, executing targeted paid campaigns, and building the analytics and reporting frameworks required to measure, understand and continuously improve marketing performance.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role bringing together SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO), paid media, website optimization, demand generation and advanced marketing analytics. You will work closely with our Content Marketing,



Web Development and Business Teams to translate business priorities into measurable digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead SEO and organic growth initiatives across technical, on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword and search-intent research, competitive analysis, content optimization, site architecture, link building, guest-posting, relevant listings and other digital authority-building initiatives.

· Contribute to and drive SRM Tech’s evolving SEO, AEO/GEO and AI-search strategy across services, solutions, industries and global markets to improve discoverability, rankings, qualified traffic and inbound interest.

· Partner with Content Marketing and practice SMEs to identify high-value content opportunities and optimize webpages, thought leadership and other digital content for organic discovery, audience relevance and lead generation.
