About Kaalcari
Kaalcari is building India’s first foot well-being system focused on pain relief, prevention, and long-term movement health.
We are a growing, close-knit team preparing for our first public launch. As we build our sales and distribution network, we are looking for a motivated Sales Intern who is excited to work in a fast-paced workplace and gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
About the Role
As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the sales and founding team to drive customer acquisition and build relationships across Bengaluru.
This is a field-oriented role suited for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating with customers, and taking ownership of outcomes. You will get direct exposure to the sales process, from lead generation and customer interaction to conversion and relationship management.




Strong performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Executive role after the internship.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers, clinics, wellness centres, and retail partners across Bengaluru.
Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and other outreach channels.
Conduct product conversations and communicate Kaalcari’s value proposition to customers and partners.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales and acquisition targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.
Support on-ground marketing campaigns, activations, and events.
Collect customer and market feedback and share insights with the team.
Collaborate with the marketing and founding team to identify new opportunities and improve the sales approach.
