A Lead Specialist Business Intelligence at Arthur J. Gallagher leads complex data analysis projects, providing strategic insights to drive business growth. They design advanced data models, create sophisticated reports, and mentor junior analysts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they ensure data-driven decision-making aligns with organizational goals, enhancing client solutions and operational efficiency.

How you'll make an impact





Responsibilities:
Lead multiple BI and data analytics projects simultaneously, owning delivery end to end.
Translate business and client requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics primarily using Power BI and SQL.
Mentor teams of 6–10 BI analysts/developers.
Motivate team members and foster a high-performance, cooperative culture
Conduct technical and functional training for team members (Power BI, SQL, analytics best practices)
Support team members’ technical and non-technical skill development.
Perform advanced data analysis to generate actionable insights that drive business value.
Documentation and Reporting Standards: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power BI solutions, including data models, report specifications, and user guides.
