Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Technical Support role based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will respond to customer inquiries, diagnose issues,



and provide timely technical assistance via phone, email, and chat. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, and documenting cases in support systems. The role involves collaborating with internal IT and product teams to resolve complex issues, escalating when needed, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will also contribute to knowledge base articles, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements to processes and support tools.
