Role Description

This full-time remote Customer Success Executive role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensuring they realize maximum value from MadSign Media’s solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, understanding their business goals, and aligning services and deliverables with those objectives. The role involves regular check-ins, resolving client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to address issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and satisfaction. The Customer Success Executive will track key success metrics, prepare reports,



and provide recommendations that support customer retention and growth.

Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to drive positive experiences and long-term partnerships.
Customer Support and Account Management skills to handle client queries, manage expectations, and oversee customer portfolios.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or D2C/luxury brand environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
