We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, audience behaviour, and digital marketing trends.

You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for our clients, managing their online presence, and driving engagement, reach, brand awareness, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Develop content ideas, campaign concepts, captions, hashtags, and creative briefs.
Work closely with designers, content writers, video editors, and performance marketing teams.
Research industry trends, competitors, audience behaviour,



and emerging social media trends.
Plan and execute organic social media campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Monitor social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Prepare regular social media reports and performance presentations for clients.
Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other platform algorithm updates.
Identify opportunities for reels, short-form videos, trending content, influencer collaborations, and campaigns.
Manage client communication and present strategies, content plans, and performance reports.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of social media marketing and strategy.
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Solid content ideation and creative thinking.
