Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dindigul,



responsible for managing end-to-end travel planning and coordination for individual, group, and corporate clients. This role involves consulting with customers to understand their travel preferences, recommending suitable destinations and itineraries, and creating customized packages aligned with Grand Royal Tours’ standards. The Senior Travel Consultant will handle reservations, ticketing, hotel bookings, visa documentation support, and travel insurance arrangements while ensuring accurate records in booking systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, providing pre- and post-travel support, coordinating with tour managers and suppliers, and resolving any travel-related issues promptly and professionally. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and supporting promotional and group departure activities as needed.
