Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for NoBrokerHood within the assigned territory.



The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective gated communities, conducting product demonstrations and presentations for management committees and decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The Territory Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with internal teams to coordinate installations, onboarding, and post-sales service. Day-to-day activities include meeting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, delivering training and product walk-throughs to society stakeholders, and gathering market insights to refine sales strategies and contribute to business expansion in the region.
