Role Description The Soft Skill Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions that help learners build essential communication, interpersonal, and qualified skills for the workplace. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, facilitating group activities, role plays, and presentations,



and providing individualized feedback to participants to improve their performance. The trainer will collaborate with the curriculum team to refine training content, develop training materials and assessments, and align sessions with placement and industry requirements. The role also involves tracking learner progress, maintaining session reports, and supporting placement-related initiatives as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Soft Skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and simplify complex concepts.
Proficiency in Presentation Skills, including the use of visual aids, storytelling, and interactive techniques to drive learner participation.
Experience in Training & Development, including designing training modules, delivering workshops, and assessing learning outcomes.
Knowledge of Life Skills training,
