Role Description The Property Acquisition for Airbnb role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves identifying, evaluating,



and securing residential properties suitable for short-term rental, including conducting site visits, market research, and financial feasibility analysis. The individual will negotiate with property owners, developers, and brokers, prepare acquisition proposals, and coordinate due diligence, documentation, and contract execution in line with company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of potential properties, monitoring local regulations and Airbnb market trends, collaborating with internal teams on design and setup, and ensuring that acquired properties align with Ocean Group’s hospitality and investment goals. The role also requires regular reporting on acquisition progress, risks, and opportunities to management.
