Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading and managing HR operations for the beauty school’s staff and faculty. This role involves overseeing recruitment and onboarding,



maintaining employee records, administering compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and institutional policies. The Human Resources Manager will handle performance management processes, support training and development initiatives, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the school’s values. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving employee queries, coordinating HR documentation and audits, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, and implementing HR policies that support organizational growth.
