About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Chief of Staff – Operations to work closely with the leadership team and drive operational efficiency across the organization. The role will primarily focus on supply chain operations, cross-functional coordination, data analysis, reporting, and execution of key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the CEO/leadership team on operational planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Monitor and coordinate supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, order fulfilment, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify gaps, trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business presentations for leadership review.
Coordinate with teams across procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, sales, and other functions to ensure smooth execution.
Track key operational KPIs,



timelines, action items, and business initiatives.
Support process improvement and implementation of SOPs and operational controls.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of critical operational issues.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare insights to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or a similar role.
Must have hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations.
Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, logistics, order fulfillment, and vendor management.
Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience in preparing MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
