We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can turn marketing budgets into measurable business growth.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just look at clicks and impressions, but understands the complete funnel — Reach → Lead → Qualified Lead → Conversion → Revenue.

Own paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, audience segments, funnel stages, and budgets.
Set up and manage TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU campaigns.
Conduct audience, creative, copy, placement, bidding, and landing-page experiments.
Continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue.
Analyze campaign performance and identify what is driving or hurting growth.
Work closely with the Creative, Content, Strategy,



and Sales teams to improve campaign performance.
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Build performance dashboards and regular campaign reports.
Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
Participate in funnel optimization, landing-page testing, lead-quality improvement, and conversion-rate optimization.
Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, attribution, tracking, and performance marketing trends.

You should be having:

Min 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of campaign structures, targeting, bidding, attribution, retargeting, and funnel strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics.
Ability to independently diagnose why a campaign is underperforming.
