Role Description As an Assistant Merchandiser at Talking Threads by Pearl Uppal, you will support the merchandising team in planning, sourcing, and managing bridal collections and related product lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design and production teams, tracking inventory and sales performance, preparing merchandising reports, and assisting with pricing and assortment decisions. You will help ensure that products are presented effectively in-store, support retail and sales teams with product information,



and contribute to visual merchandising and customer feedback analysis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams in a studio and retail environment.
