Role Description The Procurement Executive – Commercial Interiors will manage end-to-end purchasing activities for interior fit-out and commercial workspace projects. This full-time, in office role based in Kochi involves sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, and services, obtaining quotations, negotiating with vendors, and issuing purchase orders in line with project budgets and timelines. The role includes maintaining vendor relationships, tracking deliveries, coordinating with project managers and designers,



and ensuring that all procured items meet quality, design, and compliance standards. The Procurement Executive will also monitor inventory, update procurement reports, and support cost optimization while maintaining project schedules.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and purchase management, including creating and managing purchase orders.
Solid analytical skills to compare quotations, evaluate vendor performance, and support cost-effective procurement decisions.
Clear and professional communication skills to coordinate with vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
Experience in procurement for commercial interiors, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or procurement software tools.
