Role Summary:
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing,



and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Youtube, and programmatic networks). You will work closely with the admissions, content, and media team to build scalable lead generation funnels, reduce Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

We are looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition efforts, drive student enrollments, and scale our performance marketing channels.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition (Higher Education or EdTech experience is highly preferred).
Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).Data-Driven.
Mindset: Robust analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, attribution modeling, and
