Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based at the VIMS campus in Patna.



The role involves guiding prospective learners and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining programs and eligibility, and assisting with application and documentation completion. The Admissions Counselor will conduct campus visits and orientations, manage follow-ups with leads, and support admission campaigns, outreach events, and education fairs. The role includes maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and providing professional, learner-focused service at all touchpoints. The counselor will also contribute to improving admissions processes and communication materials to support enrollment goals.
