Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and maximize conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.




Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
Work closely with the sales and creative teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience in B2B lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, and campaign analytics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
Preferred
Experience in Digital Marketing / Website Development / Social Media / IT Services sales.
