Role Description: The Regional Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based, responsible for leading and growing sales operations within the assigned region. This role includes developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key accounts and channel partners, and driving revenue growth for the company’s piping products. The Regional Sales Head will oversee a sales team, set performance targets, monitor territory performance, and provide coaching to ensure high standards of customer service and market penetration.



Day-to-day activities involve analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The role also requires preparing sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management and representing the company at regional industry events and customer meetings.
