Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth.



Daily activities include prospecting through various channels, conducting meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable Square Yards solutions across the real estate value chain. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction workflows, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets. The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and prospect qualification.
