Role Summary
As Business Head, you will carry full ownership of the software product business and its financial outcomes. You will build and own the investment case and financial model (revenue, margin, cash flow and discounted-cash-flow returns), set product and go-to-market strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and be personally accountable for growing revenue and delivering the returns.

Key responsibilities
P&L; and value creation
Own the full P&L; of the product business — revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash flow.
Build and own the investment case and financial model, including the discounted-cash-flow (DCF) view of returns, and deliver against it.
Set annual operating plans and budgets; report performance to the CEO, parent lead
