Primary Purpose of Position:
To lead the Learning & Development function in India, delivering high-quality
learning and organisational development initiatives that build capability and
support business performance.
As the senior Learning & Development representative in India, this role provides
leadership to the local Learning & Development team, partners with business
leaders to identify capability needs, and delivers exceptional learning
experiences that strengthen leadership capability, organisational effectiveness,
and team performance.
Working closely with the Asia Pacific Learning & Development Manager and
regional stakeholders, the Learning & Development Lead is responsible for
implementing global and APAC learning initiatives within India, ensuring they
are effectively embedded, locally relevant, and aligned with business
priorities. The role fosters a strong learning culture through exceptional
facilitation, strategic stakeholder partnerships, and the delivery of cutting-edge
learning solutions.

• Lead the Learning & Development function across India, ensuring learning
initiatives align with business priorities and the APAC Learning & Development
strategy.
• Develop and implement local learning priorities that build organisational
capability and support business performance.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide talent and organisational development
initiatives through the effective delivery of learning and capability solutions.
• Oversee the delivery of the India learning portfolio, ensuring learning
initiatives are delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to
enhance learning programs, learner experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Act as the primary Learning & Development contact for India, representing
the function with professionalism, credibility, and a customer-focused approach.
